We offer cylinder head rebuilding services for your TR3 through TR4A cylinder head.  Due to the limited availability of good cores, pricing is based on us rebuilding your cylinder head.

New Intake and Exhaust Valves, Exhausts are high grade stainless.  New Valve Springs as well.

If we suspect the head has had a hard life or if it has heavily corroded / deposits in the coolant channels, we will pressure test the head after magnafluxing to insure there are no internal cracks that we cannot see.  Pressure Testing is additional, and is done at our discretion as we are the ones that have to warantee the head.

For $40 more we can mill the head to a higher compression if you desire.  The machine is already setup, it is just a matter of more time to make additional cutting passes to remove material.

For $40 more we can machine the valve guides to accept Viton valve seals so that your oil consumption down the valve guides is reduced.

Shipping additional, prices are based on us machining your unit or providing a unit on an exchange basis.  Performance options are available, including minor porting work that is suited for street use even with the stock or mild cams.
